What do you dream of when you close your eyes
What do you truly dream of when you take off your disguise

What is it that makes your heart quicken
What is it that will make you blood thicken

What gets you moving and going on you way
What helps you to survive another day



What do you do when all your dreams have died
What do you do when they no longer dance before your eyes

What can you do when there's no thoughts when you sleep
What can you do when the hole it left is to steep

If all your dreams die what motivates you then
If all your dreams end how do you get up time and again

Are all dreams ment to die
Are they ment to dissolve into the sky

Hands shaking,
Shriveled looks,
vision twisting,
What keeps me up,
I do not know.

Fight!
Is all my heart screams,
Fight for the one you love.

The enemy is big and strong.
To whom I once fell with.

But my savior picked me up
Gave me strength.

And so I fight.
I fight for the one I love

As a wise man once said.
Worthless is the life,
Of a person who had not loved.

And so I concluded,
It is worth to die in the name of love.
Just like how my saviour did.

Hold on to the memories you remembered not the saddest part.


2. Watch your fav movies! The humor one not the melodrama that typically makes you cry


3. Listen to music. Maybe its the best part to refresh your mind


4. Take down notes that you wanted to say.


5. Have a good rest like going to a coffee shop and make a cup of tea


6. Go to a beach. It makes your heart calm for a little bit might as well your entire body.


7. Fight for your own self. You are the one who can win for your weaknesses.


8. Ignore the sh*ts around you. It will just bug your entire day if you keep thinking of it.


9. Switch your mood to become happy.


10. " Laughter is the best medicine."


11. Play games often


12. Had some fun and enjoy


13. Put aside the things that keep reminding you from the past.


14. Do more in the present


15. Be at your best in the future


16. Be positive all the time!


17. Have some faith!


18. Encourage yourself that you are strong!


19. Widen your perspective in life


20. Tell yourself that 'you can do it'
