she is insecure
always critiquing herself

she knows what she wants in life
and how she will get it
independent, to say the least
determined, would be the understatement of the century

she keeps me happy
while i keep her happier

she is far from perfect
but she is everything i could ever want

she is asleep right now
i think i will send her a message
telling her why she makes my heart
act like a banshee in my ribcage

Some days it is a struggle to get out of bed, but I'll do it anyway
Sometimes it is hard to concentrate and keep my focus, I'll do it anyway
Some days I don't feel like studying and would rather do sometime fun but I'll do it anyway
Someday I  struggle with self doubt or feel like things are not going right
I might be tempted to give up, I don't feel like overcoming another obstacle but I'll do it anyway
