Eager to grab a meal
It rushes for its ****
Fast as lightening strikes the ground
It grabs onto its neck
With all strength endowed
It tears it's flesh
And as the prey lies helpless
It starts to feed
With the African Cheetah, hesitation means a lost meal ushering in hunger which dooms survival in the wild

One of a few things I'm sure of is
With all the craziness around

Countless as stars
Like soil is on the ground
Unnoticed when done & with time becomes our pride
Reluctant we are, always not wanting to admit the wrong we've done
**** even when we try, mistakes still follow us
Guess it's a tough journey that ends when the soil claims ownership over us once more

As the wind blows & waves rise higher than our boat, I'm terrified & can't see a way out

Trapped inside my own body
I can only imagine how to be a ghost & peep through the windows of the righteous
Learn how they live to find direction
Wake up with a new identity & willing to walk in the light of truth
Pour oil to the flames of love that give this world a glow brighter than a thousand stars

Filled with hate
He picks his blade
Awaiting the next victim to take away
As scary as it is
The ripper has a sad soul
