Is it only me who sees reality
Or
Is it actually not what I see

Even a simple act
Such as sleeping
Turns to a drawback
If the soul’s suffering

My things. My beloved belongings
All based on my own choosing
Any movie I want to see
As easy as one-two-three
Whom to follow on social-media
Another crucial freedom area
What to write as a comment
My decision, too, in the end
Deciding a credit card’s color
Deciding to be a life-time debtor
The career path I pick to pave
A long-term contract to being slave
Though from a preset assortment
I can even elect my president
Maybe in the throes of a modern debris
Still like migratory birds, totally free

The lawyer hastily raised her hand:
---Your honor, my client isn’t feeling so well.
---Request permission for a short recess…
Right after the judge answered the client:
---I’m the judge, silly…
Right after the client cried:
---You don’t know what I’ve been through!
---Who are you to judge me?

Cheerful, happy, optimist
Sad, stubborn, pessimists
Kind, persistent, peaceful
Loving, fair and faithful
Devoted, loyal, adventurous
Impatient, narcissist, obnoxious
Selfish, dishonest, greedy
Determined, forgiving, ready
Generous, patient, sincere
Malicious, vengeful, cruel
Pollyanna, bold or miserable
Talkative, persuasive, reliable
Friendly, silent, deceptive
Funny, passive, proactive
Ignorant, coward, fidgety
Smart, stupid, shy and lively
There are billions of us
But in fact, more or less
There are this many souls
Plus, a whole lot of *******

It always starts, we know
With that timid, first breath
Then some glow or some snow
And it always ends with good old death

IF
If you take out the letters
“a”, “t” and “h”
From the word “faith”,
And change the order
Of the remaining letters,
You’ll get an “if”
What does that tell you?
It tells me “I’m bored to death”
