I have a pen and it doesn't write very well.
It doesn't capture all the things I wanna tell.
Whenever I want to write about my happiness in words.
I end up writing about all of my misery that occurs.
Whenever I am sad and want to rant about my feeling.
It reminds me of a time where I would find this situation healing.
Even though it doesn't write well.
Nor capture the things I wanna tell.
I still use it to write.
It's like a bumpy road that leads to a beautiful sight.
It doesn't have a mouth nor a ear.
But it still expresses my thoughts like it could hear.
It always write about me not someone else.
It's surprising how it can know me better then myself.
The pen that I have might not write very well.
But it still expresses all the emotions that I wanna tell
Part 1
Each year the weight accumulates, sadness cuts deeper, life feels more crushing, tears never cease.
You're in my heart
Like a childhood memory,
a golden sunset.
Temper turns temples to dust
Temper brings about unjust
Washes up a stupid storm
Smart decisions not the norm
I, me, the biggest dummy
When the temper strikes in me

...but love is not reason

I've no money
but can write poetry
despite  owning very little
I'm totally happy

if I were to
have money
but can't write poetry
that would be my misery

so I conclude --happily:
between being wealthy
and writing poetry
the latter I'll celebrate fully!

Dispatches for the Colonial Office

                                    A Visit to the (Euphemism)

With Praise for The Sacred White Bowl of Our People

Several times each day the call of sanitation
Requires of each of us a digestive salutation
Within an appropriate private station
For needful purgation and evacuation

All of mankind, of every land and nation
Even Thracian, Haitian, Croation, Dalmatian
Must discreetly retire for a brief duration
To return to the earth a small donation

In this we must conclude, in explanation
From the indignity of the situation
With no exception, and no aberration
That Man is not the glory of God’s Creation

(All employees must wash their hands before returning to work)
