Right now I don’t want to force anything
Words included
I need to sit
Understand
Gather these thoughts
These emotions
I need to make sure they’re understood

Bodowzski
Head full of hope like Elpis' pocket,
Gracefulness of a newborn pegasus.
Guarding the gate to her heart like Cerberus
While bearing the burden that is Atlas',
She steeled her resolve,
And forged her dreams, Hephaestus.
I will never believe in your God
But I will always have faith in You.
I care not for what you preach.
I care only for what you do.
Our body was well worn,
Born, bled then ill informed.
Skin shed
Torn
Dust to adorn a once pristene floor.
Bred to provide countless lives, more.
Martyr to a form it shall never see.
The water flows but cannot know
The extent of its captivity.

Madds
It’s the kind of sadness where your rib cage
Contorts
And twists and
Snaps.

Depression doesn’t float through my veins
It crawls through my bones, with dagger hands
And winding movements.

I cannot breathe.

And yet there was nothing taken from me.
But then again you took everything all at once the moment you looked in my eyes, covered my mouth and forced me down.

I don’t know why your smell still lingers in my every thought.

I’m not scared anymore.

Light me up, bright star.
Light me up to see
the sun when its shine.
Light me up, friend!
It lit me up!

Don't let me fall asleep in the dark.
Don't let me be awake in the dark.
Don't let me be fed up in the dark.
Don't let me struggle in the dark.
Don't let me be a servant of the dark.
Light me up, friend!
It lit me up!

lit me up to see my front,
so I can repair my back.
Light me up, friend!
Light me Up!

Allow my eyes to see the narrow
let, my fingers to find the needle
let my thoughts to be unclouded by bitter tears.
Light me up, friend!
and lit me up!
that'll not fly quietly
into a black crow night
not an old screech owl
a coyote that howls

under the dancing moonlight
broad as a mountain
not a leaky fountain
that drizzles in spits
turns and twists

a wrecking ball
that destroys all
standing in her way
she'll not lie down

she's sky
not the ground
finding and cracking
men's feet of clay
