Whether or not I was "asking for it"
Shouldn't matter
No one deserves that,
Not me, not her -- no one.

Always do my homework on time
2. Get all A's or A+'s
3. Write more
4. Get off the iPad and help mom and dad/explore the outside world
5. Scar free arms
6. No falling in love or crushes on anyone but my boyfriend
7. Learn when it's appropriate to hold on, but learn how to let go
8. 125 followers on hello poetry by the end of the year?
9. Be a tiny bit more social?
10. Somehow be able to talk to my boyfriend by the end of the year
11. Earn that ipad mini
12. Organize more and be cleaner
13. Learn how to stop procrastinating
14. Smile. The people around me it was beautiful and helped them smile when I smiled, so I will
15. Be a better friend
16. Read more
17. Improve people's lives, maybe save one?
18. Stop lying, it's okay to say that something hurts
19. Sing out in chorus more, participate more in class in general
20. Love myself
Just a few goals for me. I'll look over this in 2016 and see if I managed to complete them all, or at least half. And if anyone has any ideas about how to help me complete them, that would be great!
Long Sleeves.
Always long sleeves.
Even the summer.

Who here gets it?
It doesn't mean you're "just cold".

Us
We're all just suicidal kids
Telling other suicidal kids
That suicide is not the answer

Who would have thought
two years made a difference?
Two years is not that long
in the grand scheme of things.
Two years ago, I didn't know
so much that I do today.
Two years ago, I wouldn't have
made some of the choices I did.
Two years ago, I could smile,
a genuine smile, with real emotion.

If I could go back to two years ago,
I would change what I did,
Warn myself that not everyone is good.
I used to believe that everyone was good
even if they were only good in some tiny way.
I know better now some people will never care
how much pain they cause.
Two years ago, I wish I'd known.
Early morning confusion

This sea of sorrow we swim in keeping our heads above to breathe is a fight, life is fragile and un promised to us all. Like waves in the ocean or the turning of the cosmos , change unravels if we want it to or not.
I  hope solace finds a way into the coldest depths of sadness, hope a beautiful human feeling burns and weeps in each of us. The relationships we have with those departed is always with us growing as we do, personalized and meaningful  in our hearts and minds, touched by the light of life we appreciate our own endeavors and those closest to us more. No better a way to appreciate, to give thanks to and also to feel the compassion our cherished friends give us every day.  There is no better inspirations or sacrifice. Andy, so many here moved by you, as we will always be. Thank you for being the inspiration guiding us. You are hope.
It was just a few days ago I was writing and came across your poem, feeling better you said even in this cold weather. Your words shined off the page and burned an imprint in my mental book. I have it now always.
