A word wrote down,

Hide behind truths
That we can see before our eyes
Closed shut,
Cattle to the slaughter,
Open see the reality around
We are our own demise.

Stand up for what is right,
See the  PAIN  we bring
For that designer label,
Children bleed just for
You to have the latest label.
ACTIONS are seen not words
Hidden behind locked doors.
WE must stand up be heard
The many can change a world
But I'm an INDIVIDUAL
Its heard a person can move
But a pebble but the many can
Move a mountain it only takes
One to start the chain that pulls
The old down,
To rebuild the world anew..
You are a baby of the universe,
your effervescence flows
& no matter what,
your dreams can never die.

They can take away your dignity,
**** you with lies,
verbally cut you asunder,
but they can never
erase your beautiful mind.

You are a baby of the universe,
your effervescence flows,
dream on babe.
The Birth,
Death,
Resurrection,
Second Coming -

All
And only within
Your own sacred Soul -
As Spirit is One.

I was so proud of him. He asked me how my wrist was. Better, I replied, though I was lying. We reached the gate at the end of the trail. As each rider went passed, he called out their names and smiled. Four hours later he would take his last breath in that same spot. The ride was a tough one. Thirty-nine miles and up three mountains. After conquering the second, he looked tired, but heck we all were. We continued and laughed along the way. I got back ahead of the rest, and heard he had crashed and was at the hospital. I wasn't terribly concerned, this is mountain biking after all. It was later that afternoon I decided to ask a coach how he was. I got the reply I never thought I would. Denial surged through me. I ran out of the house to my "thinking spot". I screamed at the sky. I had so much anger inside and I wanted to be sure God heard me and what I thought about the greatest injustice I had ever witnessed. God took someone who brought so much joy to my life. Words cannot articulate the beauty of his personality. He would yell halfway across the school just to say hi to me. There's a full moon tonight and I know that it is shining like he is providing the light.
With love forever to my friend and coach Craig 3/15/14
It falls, more of a drip
Flowing, warmth, and slick
It tastes so sweet, teasing
Smooth, lubricating, and wet
I can make it rain
Taste it's anytime I like
Only have to rub the bottle
Polish it's parts, glean it's magic
Insert a quarter and pay my due
It's a candy machine
I open my mouth below
Let it all pour down
Gulp and swallow
Like a big child
Happiness smeared all over my mouth
Such a big mess, laughing
Go wash your face!
But I don't listen
Always rebel
Go after more
That sweet candy
Eat it well
When she walks
Something happens
It's in the air
How she moves it
Or it around her
Maybe it's her aura

But colors seem brighter
And if she walks across the grass
It's not just greener
It leans toward her
Like they confuse her
The sun shines less brighter
It's shine more just a shimmer

Child-like, innocent
It's a game she plays
Where she says something
But she knows different
Not sure if it's cute
But if there's a laugh,
She'll second

Much of life is fames
Who knows who
What is slimmer
Not for her
Just simple

I love her
Innocence
Her beauty and simmer
(I wish she wouldn't)
Locks of black
**** akimper
Gemini, two all looking at one

A May's chyld, through
Skipping for sake
Lost on purpose
Perfectly happy
Grass too long

Here I know better
All beneath the lake
Her beauty's her mask
Not quite acting
But not true
Diverting attention
Skirting the questions

Not wanting to answer
Every answer askew
Not the question
But an answer for you, man
Only to find, men don't care

Now when one does
She's forgotten the test
Lost, too many not to care
She cringes behind
Soft, big brown eyes
I love yous and kisses
And hugs that hide

Maybe she knows
That this is real
Her heart is safe
No retreat
Always
Real
