my ******* affair
a blood covenant
continues negative on the balance sheets
a constant power struggle
my soul and unwavering obedience the prize
secretly a grudge grows
(encouraged by continual love famine
inclined by love withdrawal punishment)
poisoning the source

uncomprehensible to me
why i am always found unworthy
fathers love, blessing and protection
unattainable
withdrawal, nonacceptance and deliberate bad wishes
fertilizes the acre
what will the harvest be
tug of war for my sanity
my Heavenly Father and mum
vs
the enemy and dad
forge in this firepit
born among ashes

He asked to see my words
Joy in unexpected interest
But to share a glimpse inside the emptiness
The truth I've hidden for years
The fact that my feelings lay bare in ink
Though no longer reside in my soul

He asked to see my words
Answers to unasked questions
The truth of my daily struggle
The demons dancing within
The reason my heart is dessicated
The shame of my reality

He asked to see my words
To learn I do not trust
To see the dark prevail
So different from what I show
Frightened to lose someone else
Someone I dared to pretend to love

He asked to see my words
Hidden within is truth
The fact I try to no avail
That I only betray myself
To risk a loss of one so dear
There will be no recovery from nonacceptance

He asked to see my words

For once did the supreme forgive him,
Mercy was always the greatest will.

Suddenly, he became the child he once was,
and cuddled up to his father.
Evil existed no longer,
humbled by the greatest presence.

He thought of all the miseries he'd caused,
all the pain he'd given.
thought of it as the only vent,
to his own misery.

He wanted to fit in,
make mistakes and be forgiven.
For long he'd been denied that,
and nonacceptance turned to wrath.
He still envied his siblings, for he wanted to return.

Reminiscing old times he remembered,
he was happy and soulful once.
That day he decided he'd retire,
Be the good he always was.

For once and forever,
things were as they should be.
peace and quiet prevailed
Life sprung up again to its beauty.

As dense as the night encloses you
in its firm grasp
life evolves with sunrise
and a new day.

Light enters  the darkest moment
fulfilling the need for resurrection
setting free the entombed cavity
where resides
pain and nonacceptance

Fly you must from this sticky ruin
where you are unable to struggle free
trapped in a void of loneliness
the answers completely devoid of reason

The Heart of Darkness
beats in a strange flutter
until you seek the Calming Light
succumb to the mystical forces
at your command.

Author Notes

From self-knowledge comes acceptance of how vulnerable every person is. This is the Darkness. This can be dispelled with knowing yourself and setting yourself free by using the Mystical forces that you were born with. Its just a matter of recognizing what forces you have at your command. These could be an understanding of supernatural things, like numbers, colours, insight,
prophecies and clairvoyance, instinct, sympathy, compassion and silence or solitude. In using these forces, either singularly or in in conjunction with each other you can build a gigantic wall that will prevent darkness from settling into yourself permanently.

This is mysticism at its best.
