Full like a harvest moon
Your lips hang lazy
Waiting, anticipating
For a gentle breeze kiss

Your kisses are violent
Full of anger and hate
They leave me bruised
****** and confused

I whisper "Lover, slow down."
But you're out in space
Your body moving fast
And your mind in another dimension

Love me.
Love me the way a mother loves her child.
The way the flowers love the sun.
Love me the way a painter loves a blank canvas.
The way the birds love the wind.
Love me the way the stars love the night sky.
Simply.
Love me.
