Its funny how soon we forget.
The Knots in my chest,
Correct me, if I am correct.
We live in a system, within a built in system,
With backup systems, that protect the system.
By making us victim, to our own system.
We trusting a nonanimate object
With intimate aspects, to serve and protect
Via eternal justice, for all human life.
Greed entered the feed, and it cost us
Our bill of rights. Sending women and
Children to fight the systems fight,
It even convinced them, that fighting
Is right? Labeled human beings with
Dog tags, so we think they a low enough life form,
No even a human being, so it’s alright to take their life.
Their system doing the same thing, so it makes it alright.
Too many negatives, I’m positive, will never get it right.
But who am I, I am just a guy.
Who’s social insecurities came from
Social securities the system controlling
Via my social security
Numbers mixed with obscurity
With a credit rating that doesn’t tell the whole story.
A track record that’s way too old;
You see
Between you and me,
The system doesn’t want that to be
As long as there is a greater than,
An equal can never be; it has nothing to do
With me and you. The system designed by a chosen
Few that tell the rest of the world what do, with rules
That allow them to rule, playing us for fools,
Been doing it for generations,
And there generations do it too.
Please re-read and replace the word system with government.
