The Morning Message
I pick up the phone
and see that you said hello today.
I break apart inside.
I can't pretend
that I have the love
that you have for me.
It's just not right.
This is so messed up.
I'm taking five steps,
and always turning right.
Around and around we go.
I don't understand
how you can stare at my walls
and want to
break them down.
I would of gladly
opened up my walls
and let you in
in time.
*This is not okay.
