Haunted
Words that drip
From a poison tongue
Like a leaky faucet
These choices anchors
Who we were sinking
Never to surface again
Everything we know
Disintegrating fast
We've left nothing memorable behind
Dug our own graves
With the shovels we made
Too filled with pride
To ever apologize
Buried ourselves alive
Our identities faded
Like ghosts
Dissolving into air
