The fullest of the moons it’s not enough
to lose this feeling to lose the rough
The shiniest of the suns might do the work
to put us out of misery out of lurk

Hiding or seeking it’s all the same
when running trough life without a shame
On the darkest of nights at the eternal flame
Who is the guilty? Who is to blame?

I once had a dream of my future life
Ready to bloom, ready to thrive
I opened my eyes deep in the night
The game was over and so was the fight

I closed my eyes hoping to see
to see my future and who I want to be
It wasn’t so clear as I would have hoped
I felt insane and little provoked

The deception is real as is this moon
capturing the light with it’s own harpoon
The truth does hurt when you say it loud
But brings you sanity, makes you so proud

So why do we hide from ourselves?
Why do we stash behind the shelves?
It is so easy to see the light
Even of the moon in the darkest of nights

And the language of love isn’t so hard
When you speak with your eyes at the lead of your heart
Even your lips will play along
Making the music of your favourite song
