God did not destroy the Dinosaurs
He gave them wings!
Why oh why do we ever doubt
That He will do the same for us?
They didn't die, those mighty Beasts!
But tooth and claw and snarls and roars
were tamed to chirps and feathers!'

If God can tame the mighty Dinosaur
Why oh why do we ever doubt
That He will do the same for us?

The Dinosaurs were huge with pride.
Defiantly they roared at rocks that fell!
For all the good it did.

Time is God’s strong Healer.
It raises Beasts and casts them to the dust.
Yet through all of this a Golden Thread
Treads down evolution’s path.
It goes Somewhere.
Oh yes! Oh yes! If God can fell
The Mighty Dinosaur
And yet raise him to the soaring skies,
Why oh why do we find it
So very hard to believe

That He won't do the same to us?
