I recall the little white house,
With the navy porch
It stood next to the gray house that was once green
That big maple tree resided in the back
The inside was spacious
The ceilings reached the sky

Up the carpeted stairs,
There’s a little room
That room had memories,
That will forever remain inside the walls
The tears the remained in the floors,
The screams in the ceilings,
But the hope through the doorway
