I could've sworn I saw the sunshine dance over your cheekbones, and twinkle through your eyes. It rolled through the fields of your hair, trickling past the crinkles of your grin. It flows from your fingertips and paints my skin in the loveliest of hues. I must be crazy, not being so would be news, it can't be true, there must be an excuse,

But as if on cues,
I can hear the "          's".
