Poems
Oct 2020
death is mimicking my gait
soft footsteps in my ears
a melodic pain, in my head
her gaze at my back
and her hand
on my shoulders
and so, death sits
next to me,
keeping me company
and so, death weeps and laughs,
it's driving me mad.
her hazy cries and whimpers;
they're tearing me apart
she mimics my gait
i'm losing my faith
i'm starting to steep,
i've never been so weak
