I command my voice into silence
      As I watched from the sidelines amused ,
          As I watched grandeur seduced.  
The lure of darkness
Enslaved them in her tight embrace.
         And the lure of enjoyment in it all.
But ,
      I shall resist.
Knowing that  love is light and it conquers it all !
