Dec 2019
Pyroclasts
Birthed from the mire
Of pyroclastic grey
Entropy reigns supreme
Cracks in creation
Beckon the thaw
Veins of inferno clean
Ashen rains bury the land
Show where life has once been
Swallow all life
Diminish all light
This is the end of all things
I was watching a documentary about volcanoes, which inspired this apocalyptic poem.
