Dear Nocturne,
You have fallen upon us,
Soaring unlike angels;
Endless, countless lights
Taken far away so soon.

Alas, no shimmer of hope
Out there, but here;
I sense my own without
A doubt; you fall again.

Yet no call goes unanswered
As you strike again.
Pretty flowers, lovely sun,
golden petals soar away
With you.
