Hey,
are you happy?
You say you're happy?
I see your plastic smile!

Don't try to tell yourself
that you can't see me.
You can see,
and I've been here a while.

I've seen generations come and go.
I've watched the embers glow and fade
with every failed crusade.

Well-meaning souls drawn down devil's path.
Each further than the last.
Never learning from the past.

But you made your choices.
Turned salvation to incarceration.
Ignored the voices
of the ones who awoke first.
Those who braved the jaws of fear,
while you sought to sate your thirst
for the empty affirmation of your peers.

You hold inside your hand
the key to a new world.

             push the button

It's not too late to make a stand.
But don't let yourself be fooled.

The masters of technology are feeding you your fate!

              push the button

              push the button

              push the button

So lap it up.
**** at the **** of your destruction.
Fill your cheeks with satisfaction
from the sickly residue of all your sins,

and with every interaction
you fuel the chain reaction
that feeds the fires of evil deep within.

When will you wake up?
How will you make up
for three thousand years of ignorance and shame?

When your time runs out and the cycle starts again,
you'll only have yourselves to blame!

              push the button

I see you pointing at me now. Look! You say.
But you don't understand why they don't see...

They're blinded by the lights
as they post and like,
swipe left or right.

So I'm just out of sight.
