Don’t ask me to be what I once was,
Don’t ask me to love you the same,
Don’t ask me to kiss your tears away!

My tears are dry now, are burned on my face
No one can see them but me,
A piece of my soul still missing out there
But that is ok,
I’ll find it someday!
