Your Green Eyes

Your green eyes How I miss them so How gentle they seemed Oceans of deep How soft How sweet Hazel rays of rising flames Necessitating into me Succumbing to their warmth Impelling darkness from my soul So safe So true Embers of a fading light Forever, I’m lost to your sight Like a fallen star Doomed to evanesce in a dark How tragic So obscure
