A wave of anger washes over me.
My heart beats so fast I am sure,
It will break my ribs.

My mind moves so fast my lungs,
Can't keep up.

I long to out an angry scream.
I feel it building and building.
Hitting a punching bag until
My knuckles are red and raw.

Anger lives in a moment and dies.
