Alone, rivers have flooded,
Raining tears,
All these years.

Days of memories
of her and me,
dreaming of days to come,

I had found my true love,
Only for her to be taken from me,
There were no goodbyes only cries,

Only my dreams of her remain,
With us walking together along the streams of life,
Planting fig trees.
