.
We once walked along lonesome strands
And the ocean waved its open ceremonies,
The simple sands stretched warmly our feet
And the moon was hiding beneath the sun,

We once stopped to embrace as we stood
And time was thrown, over to eternal kiss
And the ocean rolled in newest christening,
So long ago by those days of salt and mist.

When, came the stars that swooned above,
Our little hands swung— in a knot of love.
