Spring is now here,
A new type of year,
The flowers all bloom.
Birds sing a new tune,
The snow goes away
On that warm, sunny day,
And people all sing
The joy song of Spring.
It comes and it goes
And the sun starts to glow.

Summer is hot
Like a warm coffee ***.
The sun rays burst out
Like a big water spout.
So you will get hotter
So drink plenty of water.
Yay! School is out,
But soon kids will pout,
‘Cause it comes and it goes
And cold winds start to blow.

Fall is cold.
(As I have been told.)
We make big leaf piles
As high as ten miles.
You jump right on in
And have fun with your kin.
But put on your jacket,
And make a big racket,
‘Cause it comes and it goes
As Jack Frost nips at your nose.

Winter is near,
My favorite time of the year,
Cause the snow starts to fall
A hundred feet tall,
And there’s Christmas Vacation
To go to a fun location.
You make angels and snowmen,
And eat yummy cookies (about maybe ten)
But it comes and it goes
And warm weather warms up my toes.

And here we are again
At the beginning and the end.
The place where we started,
And the place where we parted.
And soon you will see
The think that is key…
That God made the seasons
For a good reason,
To give us a smile
For a long, long, long, while.
