Silence, a word
It is misunderstood
A lack of information, of feeling
But when I close my eyes
The silence reveals all I could not see
The truth
And untarnished beauty
Dusty moonlight
Leaves me with racing thoughts
Purple and blue
Electric
And my eyes refuse to open.
