She was once a little girl,
Who loved to play in the dirt, with dolls and make up,
Then came puberty,
It felt like an enemy of her liberty,
Acceptance was hard to come by,
She couldn't understand the rapid changes on her,
Then the phase passed,
She's still a teenager,in her late teens.
So she's thinking of adulthood,
She's scared of taking those steps,
Having a career,then a job,then a family,and more
She's still mummys baby,
And daddys little girl.
But life is all about change,
And it goes on.
When people grow,it seems like time has moved too fast.
