That girl in the rain
You found yesterday
Who was crying alone
Now that you're with her
She still cries, but not in pain
There are tears of joy
And smiles and laughter
Because you came
An angel to her
That girl in the rain
Who saw rain like tears
Now that you opened her eyes
Rain becomes a beautiful thing
You never leave her
Together, you dance in the rain
I can see clearly
Two shadows under the rain--
A man with wings
And *that girl in the rain.
