Filled with sorrow were her eyes

Like stained glass windows

Spending an eternity searching

The bitter truth, an addiction

Fables blending with reality

As her mind waltzed in blurred veils

Her vision cloaked by hallucinating joys.

Only her thoughts could set her free.
