(A Psalm of Supplication: the cry of grievance in affliction.)
Life's painful impositions, I will cast upon the Lord. He faithfully will bear them all. At night I toss. At dawn I weep With no desire for food, Or sleep.
O restless soul. God's weary sheepβ Do not fret nor stray. In his own time, The Lord shall Bear your cares away. Heβll give a song To soothe your heart And turn your night To day.
