I have a dream. Four simple words that echoed through all of history. I have a dream. A powerful statement that shaped a nation. I have a dream. Many wonder if it will ever be more. I have a dream. Many more believed a Presidential election fulfilled the dream.
He had a dream But the dream is not yet reality. He had a dream It is more than a black white thing, He had a dream It is an every race, religion, people thing. He had a dream How can we say it is a reality when we look to the south with hate? He had a dream When we judge based on pounds of flesh? He had a dream When we judge a people by the acts of a few?
There is a dream For it is still a dream. There is a dream And it will remain one. There is a dream Till we can all seat down together in brotherhood. There is a dream But we can make it a reality together.
An old poem of mine that I feel has special relevance to today
