I have so much to express but
sadly I cannot find the somewhat suitable combination of
26 letters to form the constellations

of thoughts in my withered mind.
I forget how to breathe, how to function,
when the words slip back down my

throat and settle in the pit of my stomach,
along with the variation of emotions that
I cannot express, either.

I am horribly limited.
