to find unending love
first believe that it is there for the finding
-after that
its all icecream in the most amazing and unusual flavours
There was a clear sky
but then you arrived
a thunderstorm
that rained over me.

I'm all soaked
it's like a summer rain
that you can't help
but fall with.
I can swim the ocean.
I can swim the sea.
I do anything to make you so happy.

I can climb a mountain.
I can walk through the valleys.
I do anything to make you so happy.

Just to see you smile makes me smile too.
I aware of the lovely heart that beats within you.

I can read for days.
And write you poems too.
I do anything to keep you so happy.

I can tear down walls.
And built them up too.

I think you know now there's nothing I won't do for you.
Cause happy are we.
Yes, just you and me.
I'm 56 years old today
Got nothing to do
And too much to say
Used to be the other way
Contemplation
Will float you

But don't ponder too much
It's important to do
Lest that bit of  yourself
Supperates into goo

Solitude IS the gift
But you can overdo it
Get a grip of it
Don't just construe it.

Bit on the bone-white caps
Of my thumbs on-way
To you, sober as a shrimp’s tramping
Eyes at the end of its stalk.

Had a maladious projection on paper today,
Of shyness, porous as fog; every delayed
Communion driven down the hall
Where my blame stays
Displaced. Not much to say
That’s humble.
Growling
In
Crowd
Means
Elite
Crawling
In
Crowd
Means
Dregs

In the still churchyard,
a blood-red blossom—
April morning.
I wonder if my legacy
will merely be a faint light
in the peripheral vision
of a passer’s eye or a shadow figure
of a memory, the name on the tip
of a tongue one can’t seem to form.

No matter how many letters I write
to my ten-year-old self she doesn’t
seem to trust she will ever be first in line
because she’s been taught, she’s
supposed to be last.

I am beginning to understand
why I’ve always been in love with dandelions.
They are petaled, defiant sunlight
thriving where nothing else can.
