The touching of pen to paper
The writing of the word
The sound of the flowing ink
By the readers ear is heard

Thoughts are written down
Upon a pages empty lines
To be forever kept
Till the end of time

The stories they are many
For there are many hands that write
The words travel from mind to pen
As the writer puts the words to flight

Words are written to be enjoyed
Through the readers eyes
To lift his thoughts up higher
Far beyond the azure skies

Books are an adventure to write
As along with the characters you join
But writing has no pleasure
Such as the writing of a poem
The lucid pond
Clear reflection of yourself
Leaf falls and creates a ripple
Even the smallest things can create a ripple and distort.
The tranquil river flows
I set sail my handmade paper boat
Winds drift it off course
There once was a town in the world.
In this little town, lived a girl.
She barely could write,
But sat up all night.
Carefully carving each word.

The poem she wrote was a dream.
A thought that had grown, it'd seem.
The frailest of strands;
Words woven by hands.
Like droplets of diamond
Downstream.

The morning sun shone on the stairs.
He sat there, his face holding tears.
Her father, and all
That little girl called
Her family, burdened with fears.

She sat down beside the poor man.
Put paper inside his strong hand.
She left him to read,
As if sowing a seed.
And so, the whole healing began.

Her words had a life of their own.
Of wisdom beyond any known.
They spoke of a place
That was floating in space,
Yet it's beings were far from alone.

Why cry when there's laughter?
Why fight when there's dance?
Why hate when there's family,
Fun and romance?

Her words were so simple, so clean.
Yet painted in colours unseen
Through verses and lines,
And symbols and signs...
To adults, elders, infants and teens.

It took not religion, it seems.
No army, no guns or machines.
To shape this old world
To the words of a girl
With paper, a pen... and a dream.
First love,
silky tenderness you bowed to, pure as a dove
First poem,
magically words aligned to your pen's motion
First hard earned penny,
like you earned a billion dollars unlike any
First friend,
person to know your mad secrets in the end
First diary,
your naive self writing away with merry
First date,
been awake entire night only to be late
First kiss** ,
never knew how but flowed with the bliss
First success,
happiness you bottled that came in excess
First marriage ,
adrenaline rush held in the veins with courage
First mistake ,
life's lesson to which you didn't awake
First heartbreak ,
memories and tears coiled you like the snake
First pain ,
the need to be strong for any gain
First you,
lost innocence learning lessons to live a new
Many more things I'm sure you want to recollect .... Just few things I list
To the ground, to the ground, the country must fall,
If it is to rise again, free from leeches, mosquitoes, et. al.

Murderers walk free
Gangsters parade their ware
A country controlled by thieves petty
Citizens governed lack of care

A dozen missions have now been declared
To the moon, to space, there and back
Petty thieves calling themselves politicians
Will be forever doomed, karma bites back

Poet laureates hauled to prison
Patriotism is questioned
If petty thieves continue ruling
Why wouldn’t learned souls rise to action?

Hope is nowhere in sight
Dissension and strife are forthcoming
Divide and conquer, it worked really well
First the British and now the national front

To the ground, to the ground, the country must fall,
If it is to rise again, free from leeches, mosquitoes, et. al.
(Me hopes not, but it seems inevitable)
Subliminal messages they all give to thee
Telling me to reveal to their family
All the things they said to me.
Out there mouths the tales are told
After the casketing the letter X
With their arms I do fold.
Penning these words a gift I have been given
I write for the dead and I write for the still living.
Many a story, many a tale
Before it is to late there’s a special one
That I need to write that is in brail.
It’s time to lock your music box now
Locking you in forever your helping me on my quest
I hope to see you again someday soon
Till then have a good rest.
