Each Sunday this lady walks by me
We both exchange smiles and a few pleasant words
This morning a surprise awaited
Both said hello addressed the cold then out comes a card and a present
A Christmas card to wish good cheer and a little box with chocolates inside
Little did she know I had not had a great night before and the presents unexpected so sweet so lovely made such an impact
I thanked her wholeheartedly then walked on in my tracks
As tears fell down from my eyes
You never know how far a smile can travel :-)

There's a rainbow next to my shadow
It's still raining
I have an umbrella and a loyal companion at my side
The colourful rays still shine

Clinging crawling to the walls
Spreading as it's shadow veils this view
from next
Grieving muffled harrow
Blinding growing sight
Trying to shield the light
The light is seen
through
this
heavy machine
My eyes don't seem to see them crawling around
Raising look out over
heady
silhouette

Chaos conjuring spirits skies
Wreaking havoc from out to inside
Taking everything you've built to waste
Flinging debris in speedy haste
As the storms rage the winds howl
The shadows are in the light now
The gloom and fear consume your home
Left feeling scared and all alone
But this is something you've lived before
So you learn to stand strong
And shout GIVE ME MORE!!
Dance the spinning stomping dance
Bow and applaud
I'll step up to lead
In time I will be...
The shadow
of
the
storm

I'm too much for some people
and
it's ok
I'm not enough for some people
So
why would they stay

Let me sit so close on top of you
Sliding on long and deep tongue tasting as you go
Tip to shaft savouring all inside
Lips to meet with mouth below

Love is in bloom
It spirals back
to you
Petals delicate to touch
Soft sensitivity you must brush
Stem
into
it's
flower
Giving
stable power
Space to grow
and nurture to protect
Supporting weakness from forceful bends
Cultivating life into wild
   blossoming
                   garden

Bit by the snake
Toxins

out
Return to good health
and
virtuous heart

With sweet kiss a seal pass from lips
He grips firm but delights in her form
Fingers entangle in soft loose curls charmed by her feminine grace
Hand of other with curvaceous hips place
Fingers tighten like tentacles to the twirling of her thighs
In his eyes she feels his love his soul dances to her rhythmic glow
Eyes smile between delicate and passionate kisses
Their world spins with the sounds of life
The arch of her back traces the tree line it's wood hard and  pleasing
A flower in bloom opens to natures tune
The roots run deep below their feet
He takes her down to feel the ground pound
Thrusting to the earth's beat
Leaves crunch as senses rush
Every moment a beautiful note
A message of universal love
A message of loving hope

The fog rolls in it covers the light
Darkness descends
Shrouded smoky night
Dark and cold
Chilly
Distant
Unfeeling it all
Til a voice inside says shine
Listen to the call
From heart spark
Lit flame
Grows brighter with each glowing frame
Expanding out to form and air
Hitting the fog filled lair
Glimpse of sun gaping through cloud
Dawn will break
Dissipate

Those that feel and think too much
Just need the right person to talk to
Sometimes that starts with you

I have loved my self

It began with a hello
I fell deeply in love
The love would overpower commonsense
The love was deeply felt
The love would fly over the pain and the hurt and unsettling words
The ego died many times
The love will remain but will it ever repair to health

I used to live for acceptance and approval
I can't do that anymore
I'd still be waiting

Hearts of gold
Get collected and sold down the river
Far too many times
No one is immune
It's our greed
It's our desire for more
It's our search for the core of who we are
Where is our love

Connected by
The roots
The earth
The sky

Dream of summer
As winter washes away
The icicles melt
Frosty ground turns to green
Leaves crisp now breathe
Suns glow warms the skin
Birds singing songs for summers win
Cold drink refreshing to sip
Cooling dip in the lake
Children play as popsicles melt
White fluffy clouds draw pictures to high
Eyes glisten basking in a solace lullaby

Life is selcouth
You want proof
You just have to look for it
It's not as normal as one might perceive
However maybe that just depends on how you believe
Learn to feel from the heart not just what others tell you to see
Think for yourself
And don't believe everything you read ;)

The positive seems negative
The negative, is it right
To feel so cold on this lonely dark night
Perhaps it's about being with peace no matter what you sense inside
Bringing the light to shine

decline

It happened again last night my dreams turned to twisted frights
Heavy duty bombardment of malicious fights
Standing strong to protect my rights
Kicking back to remain in the game
Fierce attacks to render weak
Blocking the blows and gripping tight hands to throw force off
Mighty brawl
No backing down
Push back hard
Stay off the ground
Has a hold on me
Who was this attacker
Why so focused on solar plexus chakra
Wake up
Shocked
Dazed
Hands clenched tight over body centre of three
Will the power to move on...
Was this for harm or for betterment of me

A furnace in the pit
Stirring washing over it
Churning
Whirling
Burning
Firming
Oh my insides are full of it

Music playing in full swing
Free bird from skynyrd body tuning in
Water from shower head penetrating skin
Flowing over and beneath places in between
You call to me
You come on in
Hand grabs hips as you pull within
Pushing up to wall feeling behind
Fingers wrap around tightening grip on thighs
So hard to resist
Pleasure falls wet steamy drips
Take me
**** me right!
Let's have a shower
Play with each other, all night!

I'm a cleaner in my job
I pick up what mess others have dropped
The hoovers broke so I must brush it up bit by bit
It hurts somewhat
but it's what I must do
to get the job done

I feel you
I feel it all
I sense the inner knowing call
You don't need to speak I've seen
I've felt the vibrations from sacral deviation
It's hard to feel the buzzing circling sickening seal
Now I wait to feel so much more
Will you give it this time

Isolated not a part of
I try to but it's difficult to get through

Not connected to the world we were taught to believe in
Does that mean I've learnt nothing new?

Upon the carpet
