Joy after party—
How she could light up the room,
Evening dress falling.
You don't know what it is to break
You think that I am made of stone
My home is what you chose to take
Reducing me to skin and bone
My poor child, rich in tears
I am the monster behind your pain
You do not count your golden years
As black and white fortifies your cane
You know nothing of what is true
Nothing of hunger, or rattling breath
Of sidewalk beds and bruises blue
The trembling that induces death
You do not weigh 110 pounds
You have never known fragility
You cannot hear those awful sounds
The silent anguish of instability
Have you ever been forced into the dark?
By hands larger than your waist
It's just a stroll into the park...
Until its blood and torn lace
This is why I must come back
To the home you took away
So doctors can silence each attack
Though who would listen, I cannot say
Ice or stone, whatever I may be
I am broken - there is no me
I attempted suicide the night I wrote this
If love were a poem I could change the rules
I could write the person, the place, the excuse
I could set the expectations and lower the bar
I could ease the pain of the wounded heart
If love were a poem I could open the door
I could even the odds for the lonely and the poor
I could show the way for the wayward lost
I could build a bridge for souls to cross
If love were a poem I could have it myself
I could understand it like everyone else
I could make it through the blackest of days
I could open my eyes and chase the demons away
If love were a poem
Then maybe I’d know.
The stars are fading,
the moon is still sleeping, tonight.
Wherever you are,
you will remain inside my heart;
we will move the mountains and hills
and we will be forever till the end,
oh my love, I have been captivated.

I will be able to accept all the risks,
even if it will take away my breath.
Wherever you go,
you will always be my soul;
we will walk on the horizons, and stay
and we will be forever till the end,
oh my love, I have been captivated.

Quiet yells are heard in the night,
but screams will fill the day.
It is those taken in the light,
who put up the bigger fight.
So in the dark the faint cries stay.
We sat about, legs relaxed and necks at ease.
Our window let in a light breeze, softly tumbling your hair onto the sheets.
I kissed your cheek,
Soft and tender to let you sleep.
I could feel the warmth of your glowing skin against me,
As shafts of golden light cascaded into the room.
No star could ever outshine you,
And I knew, in that moment,
That I love you.

I love you more than there are grains of sand beneath every ocean of every planet.
I love you more than there are points of light in every sky there is tonight.
I love you more than splendid summers under setting suns, inhibitions floating away with the flowers in the air.
You can wake up whenever you want, or you can lie in bed all day;
I'll be right here with you either way.
In the end I begin to see it was always me
It was me, it was me
& I can plainly see
It was always me
At the start I thought it was you I saw
Clearing a path for me to cross
I thought it was me clearing the day
Making more room for you to get in my way
I assumed it was you who opened the door
To take out the trash
While I brought in more
But it was me I knew from the very start
At the end of it all who abandoned your heart
In the end I begin to see it was always me
It was me, it was me
It was always me
Before it was said it was you I thought
That laid down the rules and said don’t break my heart
But now I see it was me
who laid them all down
And broke it a lot
At first it was you who showed me the truth
But somehow I knew.... I always knew
How you just make things work
The way you always do.
It was you, it was you
It was always you...
She was here the first in body with friend
come to meet me and introduce me as friend
next she was here in soul dug in and already caught
come again to meet me, me dug in and already caught
next she was here in person beset and ready to steal my kiss
waiting the right moment till the other was ready to see my kiss
Next she was here in heart, my heart, ready to claim it her own
throwing daggers at his heart, ensuring his will beat alone
Now she is here in my head, swimming and pushing all aside
swimming in my head and pushing it all aside including him
I think we were once friends.
Oh darling
do I beg to see you dance
You put all the boys into such a trance
and you got me on my knees
begging baby baby please
come home with me
but you run to the big pocket boys
with big rockets that can take you beyond the sky
and I got a 1.45
not much to get by

Money gets the girl
spend all your money
just to make her your world
then she goes bye bye

So I watch as you walk by
and girl you got things that money just cant
afford to buy
your out of touch
out of sight
just like the moon in the night
and I'm digging in my pockets
just trying to find enough
to buy your time

Money gets the girl
spend all your money
just to make her your world
then she goes bye bye

So the night goes by
and all the boys are watching you shake that
money maker
pulling you aside spending your precious time
because really you know they cant afford you
but if they get a hour of your time
your thiers for the night
but not saying they  wont pay a price

Money gets the girl
spend all your money
just to make her your world
then she goes bye bye

Copywrited JamRock Lyrics
Once, flying beneath an overcast sky,

Out of nowhere, a bullet hit its wings!

Was seeking for remedy, and for help;

There the eagle cries on an old oak tree.
