Mind
Jake Abshear Dec 2014
Simply gone is where you are,
You're out of place and lost in space,
You visualize inside your brain,
A world in which you define as sane.

Joy is found so tangible here,
There is no pain or vein or fear,
Hurtful thoughts reside inside,
But release themselves wet from the eye.

Everyone has this world them self,
To be grown and to own their mental heath,
No record of thoughts to be spoken of or read,
This world of mine to design lies within my head.

Live and Die, Happy or Sad
Jake Abshear Dec 2014
Earth is filled with cursed creatures,
That run amuck and show no disgust in things they do for daily life,
From insects to birds the planet conserves a spite amount of living supplies.

Earth is filled with blessed souls,
That shine and glow to throw a smile to strangers passing by,
From infants to olds the planet deserves a reason to sing a lullaby.

When you die is knowledge unknown,
The end is near but is not shown,
perhaps you die with a happy tone, or by preaching depression with words you moan.

— The End —
