In 1950's Palestine 86% of Christians
Lived in perfect harmony and
Then a struggle born darkness
Of the night evil rose without sight
Yet amidst the pain our spirit shines
Bright and in Palestine where hope entwines.

Standing back and doing
Nothing makes everyone
Complicit in
A genocide.

In the dark shadows where
Palestinian happiness fades away
A tale of death and sorrow every day
And once beautiful and bright
Now everything is in darkness and
Silent whispers lost in fright
Another Palestinian child killed tonight

Innocence Palestinians slaughtered
Hearts heavy carry the weight of the world
A garden once filled with dreams
