The plagiarist hath vacated this space
Yet his shadow still lingers at the place
In the nose one well senses it about
So oft an odor doth waft on the air
Which can be veiled by visage fair
The eyes are peeled they're ever watching
For that person of the copyist's cloning
Twill not be duped by untruthful flout
This day of its appearance yet unseen
Could there be a hiding behind the screen
Though the master duplicator hath fled
His presence is hovering over the joint
Of type in image same he did anoint
Within HP's walls it doth share our bed

the wind
the wind
it howls and howls
it howls its howls
in howling expression
it howls its howls
out of repression
it howls and howls
long its sprite
it howls and howls
not being contrite
it howls and howls
in howling verve
it howls and howls
unperturbed
it howls and howls
flouting its air
it howls and howls
everywhere
the wind
the wind
it howls and howls
with a howling
scowl

lasting till eternity
lasting in adversity
lasting is the love
we'll share

through the four seasons
of the year
our love has always lasted
my dear

our hearts hath entwined
in an everlasting bind
our love is of a special kind
and it shall ne'er be undermined

the gift of love
is our refrain
for us this love
twas preordained

and when the light of life dims
our love shall echo to infinity
it shall last forever
a love of lasting amity

lasting till eternity
lasting in adversity
lasting is the love
we'll share
A poem written for my sister and her husband... they've been married for 46 years.

from the side of his gob
he looked much like a bloke
I knew in Iron ****

arm in arm
the pair strolled along Stoney Creek
twas an ancestral wending
stream
the tricking waters
flowed into their souls
beseeching them to
consummate
a rite
of binding
love

he kissed her so intensely
as the spirit in the sky sang
she became enthralled
by his full lips twang

unto the mossy creek's edge
they did glide
whereupon they partook
of passion's ride

the Indian brave
and the auburn haired feather
of his dreams
were reincarnated
within the stream's traditional
seams
to ever make love
beside its waterway
unto the days of evermore
the pair did savor
of love's lineal lore

We walked along the grainy ocean,
Our way, smooth as a path to nowhere
And through a dance of reeds your hair,
Steeped with marshes of wings and air,
Red, mellow as fire from the fallen sun,
Your flowered dress was the first spring
Ever germinating and blue crystal waters
Sprung, of coastal pools, Knockanare wells
And I was flung, as a windy clutch of seeds
Dreaming, your voice, bloomy, song wafted,
Rousing, as remembrance in fragrances —
And the moony, blinking stars soon peopled
Our woe-less eyes, full of sleep and vision
And all the stones held us deep as sarsen.
Knockanare Well is a holy well in County Cork, Ireland.  It is situated on the left bank of the River Awbeg, about a half-mile east of Buttevant and southeast of the Ballyhoura Mountains. A Sheela na Gig once stood next to the well, indicative of its importance as a mystical site for many centuries. The water from this well remains crystal-clear and sweet.

Greystones (Irish: Na Clocha Liatha) is a coastal town in County Wicklow, Ireland. It lies on Ireland's east coast, 8 km (5.0 mi) south of Bray and 27 km (17 mi) south of Dublin, with a population of about 15,000. The town is bordered by the Irish Sea to the east, Bray Head to the north and the Wicklow Mountains to the west.

The word "sarsen" is a shortening of "Saracen stone", with "Saracen" being used as a synonym for "pagan".  Thus "sarsen" would mean "pagan stone", "stone of the pagans".

Thy moon and thy stars hath all been taken
Her heart lives no longer in thy sphere
Our harmony of one hath been forsaken
It skipped well out of the atmosphere
Where once love did sing its beaming refrain
Murky clouds of mistrust came along to stay
Thy realm e'er replete with pain's lasting stain
How could of it all ended this very way
Reason's voice did speak to thy heart so clear
Love hath drifted to a far locality
On paths separate not meant to endear
Thy shall seek a lady of amiability
Though all is shaded in a heavy slate lead
Thy shall eye horizons that lay ahead

There once was a fellow  from Nantucket
Who blew an excellent trumpet tucket
His toot ***** sounded so grand
As he lead the college band
Grand trumpet tuckets tooted in Nantucket

a measure of this
shall ne'er be far wrong
within your person
what it tells
can be taken
as being on the mark
and to be aware of it
shall prove you to be
no goof
down in the basement
of the intestines
this innate thing
doth really shine
its advisory
is worth listening to
such is the insight
it brings
not any miring
nor cloudiness
but a transparent case
peerless
without it where would we be
the gut instinct
that marvel of nature
is of us all
such
a valuable
commodity

e'er they were twined
in the moon's luminous bind
a lasting love vine
