her
curvature
enhanced a
perception;
a woman
yes,
an articulated vanilla
doll most certainly. this
can’t be what you want,
he said to himself.
you’re a child,
he thought.
but her figure moved like
he wanted,
tight on the chest, a slight bust
with hips to accentuate her
leanness.
her purple lips did not worry him,
but the lack of eye sockets
may have.
as his hand fell into his jeans
a managers hand snatched a phone.
he turned and left hurriedly
the same way he came in;
through women’s outerwear and

alone.

They always say
the grass is greener on the
other side
I will tell you
it's the same shade
They always say
their way is better than yours
I will tell you
stay true to your
heart

They will try and take you
they'll tear your morals
apart
hiding behind
their smiles so fake
inside their lonely hearts
waiting to break

It doesn't matter how you begin
it only matters how you
end

They always say
the grass is greener on the
other
side

The first song I ever wrote

Colors In Between

To change the way a person thinks
We must show them something new
Let them see a different side
A different point of view

The feelings that they have inside
Become different over time
If we allow for new beginnings
And leave the past behind

One by one we can change a view
And help to change a life
Show the world is built on love
And not just black and white

We cannot judge a person
By the color of their skin
We must see the colors in between
And just help our fellow man

the baddest addictions
are with good intentions
not to cause harm
but to feel okay
I can say
I've never broken an arm
never been under
a sadistic charm
broken myself
but healed up again
kept going back
to feel my heart
patiently beating
poisonous thoughts
are like cyanide
so easy to think
it's even easier to die
the more addictions I have
the better I seem to feel
how tragic is that?
life has some
but no appeal

Everyday waiting for me at the end of the road.
Your glasses cannot hide the smiles that aged your eyes.
But they still hold their innocence; an oversized toddler, excited by the prospect of everything and nothing.
It's contagious, amazing, overwhelming but never exhausting.
And to think I miss you even from across the room.
Your voice warm peanut butter tones, comforting; a pillow to the ears, inviting me in to everything you have to say.
It's all interesting to me.
Even the mundane ramblings that fall clumsily from your mouth, and your stupid big face making me laugh so hard my cheeks hurts.
My mind toys with the idea of not knowing you and the thought, no matter how fleeting is excruciating.
**So what are you waiting for... kiss me you idiot.
