Molly
My mother once told me I was talented
She encouraged me, and told me to fly
But yesterday night, she whispered to self, "the only thing my daughter is talented at is becoming a disappointment."
shout-out mom.

Bekah Halle
I've just noticed,
as I looked up from writing poetry,
A magpie purchased on the high back
of one of my outdoor setees,
Staring smack at me
as I sculpt words.
Fixed, it holds itself still, measured.
Scheming its next swoop;
Taking in my features,
I was a moving target.
Kiss me in the darkness.
Touch me how you want to!

Let the feeling take you,
to places you've never been to.

There is truth in the darkness,
for our souls will find the light,
the light in each other
burning so bright.

So Kiss me in the darkness,
Let our souls fly to the sun.
Stay with me past the morning,
For our love has just begun.
I'm reposting this poem because I made
a video for it on my you tube where it was turned into a song.
check it out please.

Solaces
The night and day fusion create new colors.
A jumble of rays and lights never seen before.
This interlace of cosmic reverie delight.
Was the color of my thoughts...
