The empty silent house seems so devoid of scenery
Sullen shadows and somber echoes that bring no joy to me
Outside the door the meadow beckons springtime's greenery
On the shaded porch I stand in quiet revelry

The wind that whispers through the trees brings reminiscent dreams
And new thoughts born of yesterday's less vacant lonely scenes
Restless deep emotions that make my true life seem so lean
Mourning sunset's fading beauty , colder soon is all it means

Rain in an
Ephemeral cup,
Even though it
Doesn't mean a thing.

There’s so much light.

It’s bright
Glaring
Scorching
Darkness inside.

It’s burning
Erasing
Covering
Truth inside.

Isn’t it beautiful in the dark?
When there’s no sun to mellow tone the brain
When there’s no light to scorch the sight

Dark, like dots on black.

Where the skeleton uproars
The stench crawls
And the wound moans.

It’s too much light
Too many masks.
Too many smiles.
Too bright.
And Burning.

I like the night sky better.
It's beautiful.
It's cold.
It frees.
Fan of the night

A Papaya at her peak,
Amber skin glowing in the moonlight
Both vulnerable and ripe
As nature intended
The strength of her vine
And her sweet-scented flowers
Drew him near
She invited him to taste her soft fruit
As if filling his mouth with words
She needed to hear
And his ego was satisfied by
A mouthful of unforgettable raw flavor

Fear wants you to
Forego Everything And Run
But you can reverse fear;
Resist And Experience Fulfillment
It was blue and I knew it could not be a sea
and the waves that I saw were not people
waving to me
I
drowned in it anyway.

Seeing things in colour when the colour's not there
and it's all in the mind which is slightly unfair,
but definitely blue

and no plastic bags.

If I could swim on a whim or
a wing and a prayer and the
colour imagined
was the colour of your hair
and the waves were just curls
when you crinkle your eyes,
I'd be happier.

Making sense of some nonsense
and much of Nonsuch
touching all of the bases
is
the one-legged man
and his crutch,

they say,
'he's as mad as a hatter'
aye
and that a' can believe.

So
it's bedtime and book to
be read time,
sleepy head's having some
me time,
some time later I'll sleep.

En tiempos difíciles, he llamado tu nombre,
Mi amor, y me aferro a él como lo hace un niño,
A la creencia en Papá Noel,
O los ciegos, a la esperanza de la luz;

Es para mi,
El sueño visionario,
Que impulsa la perseverancia,
Y condena la desesperación;

Es la esperanza de las almas desdichadas,
En el purgatorio en espera,
A la promesa aparentemente olvidada,
De su eventual liberación.

Cuando mis palabras pasadas confunden, confinen,
Obstinan mi mente, y las imágenes convergen,
En el borroso remolino de la locura,
Digo tu nombre.
