My life is one of the China teacups
my grandmother collects,
pretty and perfectly in place
on the outside,
but on the inside
I'm just one push off the table from

Haven't been able to write for a while because I've been on break. I've grown an entire year older in just the two weeks I've been gone!

Journey

Here I stand
Without a care
Making choices
On this journey
Right or wrong
I don’t know
But it’s my path
My destiny
One step at a time
As my heart beats
One beat at a time
Day by day
Having no fear
Heading into the unknown
Never knowing where we may go
Yet, having excitement along the way
Because everyday is a new day
Full of new adventures
Leaving your impressions imprinted for everyone to see
Let’s see where this journey will take me…

Truth

Truth be told...this is a hard day
Running on empty
No gas

Truth be told...love hurts always too
Empty holes in chest
Nothing left

Truth be told...im always smiling
Maybe edging numbness
Maybe its real

Truth be told...It still haunts me
The screams ring free
The photos show truth

Truth be told...I am not ok
And truth be told...thats ok...

TOLL

KV Srikanth
Smell the roses
See the sunrise
Early morning rain dampening the roads
But nature's occasional addition heightening our souls
Glad to be awake
Let the day roll by
Many things at stake
Don't be surprised if
Tomorrow's list they do not make
Ambition priority people
Changes with age
When the handles meet at 12
Thank God for making the day swell
A meal and a nap
Evening shade ready to map
Leg up and crossed
View through your boots
Mother nature brings to end
One more day less to tend
Paradoxical the day ends
Only to return
Not as the same
Youthful it remains
What a shame
If one can't enjoy the game
Same day differs everyday
Takes away one more day
The toll you pay
For passing the day away
Sway with life s ballet
Array and disarray
Thers no replay
Pay your dues and wait for the day
Only remember you have no say
