I am going insane.
Oh wait, I already am.
I see the demons already,
I see the floods.
At least I don't see,
crimson blood.

Writing poetry for myself
That can made me cry
No raised eyebrows around

When the reasons are
Beautiful words of a poem
It felt good to cry with them

Tears that can wash away
The pain only sad heart keeps
Makes you softie to the core

**** that relatable poem
For they're the only thing
That said you're not alone

The world would read poems
Can't help but love them or
Hate them forevermore.
Writing them is always the reflection of how I feel, the same thing with reading poem...

A little boy stopped me today,
On my way past an overgrown field.
The one where the peewee teams play football.
He needled me,
"They'll put me in, right?"
And rambled.
"My daddy said he can't come to this game, by he'll come to the next one, won't he?"
He dreamed,
"I wanna be a soldier someday, and help people."
And my heart broke more and more as he kept talking.
Youth and innocence have their place.
So I walked on.

A tired man stopped me today,
Outside of my old high school.
His eyes were full of tears and madness.
"Please, for my sake, don't give in."
He sobbed.
"I don't want to end up this way."
His hands were scarred,
And his eyes scared.
"I want us to be better than this. I wanna be what we meant to end up as."
Age and wisdom aren't always synonymous.
So I walked on.

Past the field,
Past the school,
Past the struggling masses.

I stopped myself today,
On the edge of oblivion.
We're not done talking yet...

Darling, if only for once,
Let me breathe into your fog,
Clear it with my forearm,
Make a poem out of your wrongs.

For once, let me meet your am's,
The earthquakes of your dreams,
I'll lean my head on your shoulder,
And let our demons come clean.

Invite me into the forest of your thoughts,
We'll find on oak tree to hide behind,
Confess how you want to run,
Before the sun of sanity sets in your mind.

If only for once, exclude me of your rules,
Let me read all your unspoken's,
I promise to be the granules of sand,
That mend your glass house when it's broken.

And when you open your gates,
I'll remember to fetch a pencil with me,
To sketch yourself in my eyes,
And hang on every wall the image I see.

Time with you has made me learn,
Never to ask for much,
So with no hope nor expectations,
I ask you to let me in for once.*
