This girl I loved
She told me a lot
Like once she even told me
that I was the best she’d ever have
She told me she loved me
She even made me laugh
That was in the past
And i was looking back
At all the lies she sang
When I wasn’t so **** sad
Now I’m in the present
And i still love her
So I lied in the beginning of this poem
When I said I loved her
as if I stopped along the way
Believe me I’ve tried
And I’m trying everyday
To forget her face
And the way she sang
When i was in love
And assumed she felt the same

At this point exactly
I’d rather not be here
I’d rather be anywhere
Than here simply slacking

A place i would like to be
Is any place with you
We could simply sit in silence
And I’d feel free

Be careful with me love
Once I fall in love I can’t get back up
Unless I leave a piece of myself attached  to you
And I won’t know who to trust

So the place I want to go
That place may be toxic
Should I go anymore
I don’t even know
