I will be posting only Billy the Kid writes here at Hello Poetry. / I'm attempting to write in rhyme his entire truest to life story. / Unless I can find others to help me co write / I doubt I'll see this dream project ever complete of mine. / I've researched the Kid's life so extensively / that I almost feel as if he's a friend to me, / and my friend has a bad reputation apparently, / so I want to set the record straight as to his true history. / So if anyone here would like to join me in a co write, / there's only one rule of thumb, no over exaggerated speculation. / Remember that this is a story about the Kid's true life. / If I don't leave any comments with anyone / please don't take it personal.
