Put it to rest
Don't put it to test
That hatred of yours,
Deep down in your chest

Put it to test
Don't put it to rest
Those loving words you hold,
Deep down in your chest

For then, would you have emptied your chest
And completed your quest,
And you'll be rest assured
That your decision was the best.
Life is too short to hold resentments, forgive the ones who hurt you, and don't be scared to say 'I love you' to the ones you truly care about. They might be with you for one second, and in the next gone, never to be seen again....
